The Challenge
How do you cut through crowded feeds and bring fans together around release moments that matter?
BMG needed to drive engagement around major artist releases and cultural moments — creating live experiences that cut through crowded feeds and bring fans together in real time.
The challenge was to deliver streams that worked seamlessly across multiple platforms and formats, while also accommodating global audiences across different time zones. Each moment needed to feel timely, celebratory and worth showing up for — not just another broadcast.

The Approach
Designing live-first experiences for every platform and audience.
We partnered with BMG to deliver a range of tailored streaming solutions, built around how fans actually consume content today. This included multi-casting live streams across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, optimised for both portrait and landscape formats.
For flagship releases, we utilised YouTube’s red-carpet premiere functionality — building anticipation through scheduled livestreams ahead of a single launch, then extending the moment with live after-party streams once the premiere had landed.
Each stream was supported by bespoke graphics, layouts and countdowns, designed to individualise the experience and create a sense of hype and occasion around every release. Working globally across multiple time zones, we ensured fans worldwide could engage with and celebrate their favourite artists together.

We’ve supported BMG across campaigns for artists as diverse as Nickelback, Dolly Parton, Mötley Crüe, Jennifer Lopez, Sum 41 and KSI — consistently driving tens of thousands of views in short periods of time.
By combining platform-native tools with considered design and reliable delivery, BMG were able to turn individual releases into shared live experiences — strengthening fan connection and delivering measurable engagement when it mattered most.
