The Challenge
A clear plan to document a high-paced, multi-location event without missing key moments.
Gainsight’s Pulse is billed as the world’s biggest Customer Success learning and networking conference. In 2023, it brought 1,000 delegates to Olympia London across two packed days.
With multiple stages running in parallel and constant activity across the venue, Gainsight needed a partner to capture the scale and atmosphere of the event — and turn it into usable content quickly for their wider audience.

The Approach
Comprehensive coverage across the whole venue, with dedicated crews for both storytelling and long-form session content.
We took a multi-team approach so we could cover Pulse from every angle.

Fast turnaround content and a reusable asset library that kept Pulse working long after the doors closed.
With hours of footage captured over two days, we delivered content that extended the life of Pulse beyond the live event.
